If the police take objects, i.e. confiscate them, they must draw up a confiscation protocol. Because the police can only seize - whether these items are then illegal (and confiscated and destroyed) or whether they are legal (and must be returned) can only be decided by a court.
Note in the following example: the police could not seize everything in 1x during the search. The first search went from 6:10-7:30am and from 10:10-10:40am they came by a 2nd time….
The seizures included paraphernalia for consumption, as well as the components of a small indoor facility.
