Editorial (LI85)

We are close to the federal elections of October 2019. A more reasonable, more liberal, more open, younger parliament would be really desirable. All the strange things that have been said and decided in hemp policy (just again by the SGK-N on the cannabis pilot trials) show: We really need a substantial renewal!

In spring and summer, I have answered many inquiries about hemp seed imports: quite a few have already been caught this year! In the present LI85we bring an overview of the development of the hemp seed cases in the last ten years. Also on the changes in the ratio hash/weed we throw an eye.

Furthermore, we look at the costs of weed production and present a new book on Swiss hemp repression.

In the e-mailing of the beginning of August, we had pointed out the second Federal Court decision on the exemption from punishment of the minor amount. On hanflegal.ch/bge2019 you can find the corresponding ruling with some comments from us.

The office remodeling is progressing and we are halfway used to drilling, sawing, hammering and the toilet in the container. It will take until the beginning of 2020 and we will not be holding any member meetings in the office until then. However, we will continue to work as usual during this time and can arrange an individual meeting if necessary.
