An expensive discontinuation order
Occasionally it happens that the urine sample is positive, but in the blood THC is detected below the limit. Thus, according to the law, one is not driving in an unfit condition, but it still becomes expensive. There is no actual punishment, but the costs are still imposed on you because you have culpably contributed to the proceedings.
