Penalty for driving under the influence of THC (Bern, 2013)

The summary penalty order shows the different elements of punishment:

• conditional penalty of 10 daily sentences (which you do not have to pay if you prove yourself)
• the connecting fine (so that it hurts after all)
• the fine for consumption
• as well as fees and expenses (especially for the blood test)
