New opportunities: Concrete policy projects

We want to create majorities for an improvement in the legal situation of hemp in Switzerland. We hold lectures, distribute flyers, create videos, organize campaigns: Different approaches are needed. If you want to do something, develop a project and submit it!

Anyone who wants to do something should be able to do it. Not everyone involved has to agree. But if you want to do something, you have to do it yourself. Having an idea and then thinking that others will do it is unrealistic.

If someone wants support, he or she should submit a project. So briefly write down what the idea is, how much work it needs and how much it will cost. Then we think about whether we want to support it and how much we can give.

The Association Legalize it has the following resources that can be used for projects:

• Secretariat and secretary
• Office, meeting/study room, warehouse
• Computer, software, online meeting tool
• Website (external and internal, collection of arguments), e-mailings, e-mail addresses
• Archive over the last 30 to 40 years
• Knowledge and know-how about politics, law, projects (processes, terms)
• Finances: We will probably have a little more money in 2026 than we absolutely need. We will use this for new projects.

A project has the following three parts:

1. Goal
   What is your idea? What is it about? What do you want to do? What do you want to achieve? What is the deadline or timetable for this?
2. People
   Who is doing this? What are you willing and able to do? Can you do it alone, do you have other active people, are you still missing active people?
3. Means
   How much money are you bringing in? How much is still missing? What other resources (see above) do you need?

It is best to summarize these three points on one A4 page so that interested parties can read your project as quickly as possible.
