30.07.2025 – Parliamentary initiative: start of the consultation process

aktuell_220408_bundeshaus.jpg On July 3-4, the National Council's Social Security and Health Committee (SSHC-N) once again discussed the draft for a new Cannabis Products Act (business 20.473). It has now completed its work and the consultation process is due to begin at the end of August.

It is asking the National Council to extend the deadline for dealing with the matter by a further two years (press release). We will post the links for the PDFs on our hanflegal.ch website as soon as we know them.

Our policy group will meet in both August and September to begin formulating our consultation response.
