Hello {name}
Have you already looked into the Cannabis Products Act CanPG? It's very interesting, but a big chunk! Are you planning any articles or interviews on the subject? I would be delighted if you would consider us and our work.
Over the past two months, we have invested many hours reading and discussing the proposed 92 articles of the law and the 188-page report, and have thus taken a close look at the draft CanPG. Here you can find our short statement as a PDF (one page):
Brief statement on the CanPG Association Legalize it!
We submitted our comprehensive statement at the end of October. You can find this detailed consultation response (in the FOPH's table), an overview of our proposed amendments and the short version linked above on the following page:
I look forward to hearing from you!
Kind regards
Sven Schendekehl

We have been providing legal information on the subject of hemp and the law in Switzerland for 30 years: number of prosecutions, development of the intensity of repression, testimony, level of punishments.
We operate one of the distribution points of the Zurich pilot project “Züri Can” and now have two years of experience with these legal products and the legal, closely regulated purchase by over 130 active members from all walks of life.
What do we think is good, what is problematic? How realistic is the implementation? How do the various groups rate the proposals? Who will support them?
