Our next members' meeting will take place on Friday, November 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. As always, we will meet in our conference room at Quellenstrasse 25 in 8005 Zurich, as well as online at hanflegal.ch/videochat.

At 7:00 p.m., Sven will give a brief overview of the current state of hemp policy. We’ll structure the rest of the evening based on the interests of those in attendance.

Since 2021, the law has allowed for the implementation of cannabis pilot projects. This ten-year exemption will expire in 2031. The individual projects were planned to last two to five years, and some have been extended.

While the first projects will end soon (Basel-Stadt in early 2027), some projects will continue through October 2028 (Script and Züri Can). In St. Gallen, participants are just now being accepted. In Aargau, the project is still awaiting approval.

We recommend that everyone participate in one of these studies if possible. It's an interesting experience!
