We have now read, clarified and discussed a great deal and have written our major consultation response and a short statement.

To conclude this process, we are organizing an information afternoon for our members: we will present the Cannabis Products Act (CanPG) and answer questions.

You do not need to have read the 200+ pages to take part in the event. It is intended to give all interested parties an understanding of the key points, especially those who do not want to read the entire text.

You can take part on site in our meeting room at Quellenstrasse 25 in 8005 Zurich or online. For both, you need to register by November 23 (evening) so that we can plan the event.

  • Sales and incentive tax

  • We do three blocks for the questions as in the introduction, complex questions are answered in a fourth block.

• 18:00 End of the event

Sven will introduce the CanPG. Michael will release the questioners after a show of hands so that they can ask the questions and not all talk at the same time.

We on the Board hope that this event will give everyone a good overview of the content of the draft and look forward to your participation.
