21.01.2025 – A new year, a new policy?

• Cannabis is still illegal, even if law enforcement agencies are no longer working on it with the same vigor as they did a few years ago. Nevertheless, the Narcotics Act is a very tough law. We have posted some documents on the prosecution from the year 2024.
• The Social Security and Health Commission will discuss a new approach to cannabis on February 13. Its sub-commission has been working with the administration for three years to draft a law on cannabis products.
• Our first members' meeting in 2025 will take place on February 14. The topic will be the political developments: What is in the pipeline? What do we think is good, what is bad? How can we support the process?
• Our association meeting will take place on April 25. Members are welcome to register. We will publish the annual report and the annual financial statements in the next Legalize it! 105, which is now being laid out and will be sent out at the beginning of March.
