The fact that ephedra was added here does not change the penalty: if the case is processed by the public prosecutor, there is often a fine of 500 francs and the fees are very high, so that the total amount rises above 1,000 francs (which is rare the first time).

A very high fine from the Winterthur municipal magistrate's office. The fine is so high because the accused was already fined four times as a youth (with amounts of 40 to 50 francs). Now there is the fifth fine, and it costs 500 francs, plus fees at the municipal magistrates' offices.
