===== 21.01.2025 – A new year, a new policy? ===== * **Cannabis** is still **illegal**, even if law enforcement agencies are no longer working on it with the same vigor as they did a few years ago. Nevertheless, the Narcotics Act is a very tough law. We have posted some [[en:thc_recht/strafbefehle_2024|documents on the prosecution]] from the year 2024. * The [[https://www.parlament.ch/centers/documents/de/sitzungsplanung-sgk-n.pdf|Social Security and Health Commission]] will discuss a new approach to cannabis on February 13. Its sub-commission has been working with the administration for three years to draft a **law on cannabis products**. * Our first **members' meeting in 2025** will take place on February 14. The topic will be the political developments: What is in the pipeline? What do we think is good, what is bad? How can we support the process? * Our **association meeting** will take place on April 25. Members are welcome to [[li@hanflegal.ch|register]].
